SPT2 - Super Pit Tour (with the lot)
Throw on a hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses and come and experience a tour of Australia’s largest gold producing mine, the super pit. You will be visitor inducted to the KCGM Super Pit and view the mining and milling operations through the Fimiston Milling Plant from the safety of the Finders Keepers Air-conditioned coaster bus.
Be amazed by the size of the CAT 793 Haul trucks as you travel through the tracks of the site. The view of the Super Pit from Harvey Hut will take your breath away as you see the old miner’s workings with old shafts and watch the work of the trucks.

As men with personal experience in mining operations, our tour guides, Matt & Graham will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have while on the tour, you can also feel free to bring along your camera for some fantastic photos!
Please note:
All tour participants MUST ensure that enclosed shoes (no high heels), a long sleeve shirt and long pants are worn. Personal protection equipment (hi-visability vests and safety glasses) will be supplied. Participants must also have a zero alcohol level and may be subject to random breath testing.
The tour includes; a visitor video induction, guided commentary into and around the Super Pit, PPE and certificate of completion.
If you do not have long sleeves or long pants, disposable overalls are available for purchase prior to departure.

SPT1 - Super Pit Tour (1hour)
This tour gives you a sneak peak into the KCGM Super Pit Operations. Aimed at families it is a great tour to introduce you to the massive scale mining operation whilst you drive past some of the HUGE mining equipment.
The tour visits the Harvey Hut (internal) Viewing platform where you will disembark the bus for a birds eye view on the Super Pit Operations.
